Information for GP



• To initiate a referral to Attilan Psychiatry, please email your referral to admin@attilanpsychiatry.com

• To facilitate timely triage and assessment, we kindly request that referrals clearly outline the reason for referral, specific concerns, and intended objectives of the psychiatric assessment. Where available, please include relevant collateral information, such as previous psychiatric or psychological assessments, medical reports, and other supporting documentation.

• Upon receipt, we aim to review and process all referrals within one week.

• Following triage, the referred client will be notified of the referral outcome. If a referral is deemed unsuitable for our service, we will inform the referring practitioner and, where appropriate, provide recommendations regarding alternative services or pathways of care.

• Once a referral has been reviewed and accepted, our administrative team will contact the client directly to arrange an appointment.

• Following each consultation, we aim to provide you with the assessment outcome within 24 hours.

• Should you have any concerns, require further clarification, or have not received our correspondence within the expected timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact our practice.
